The real problem is Bethesda is known to break allot of things when it comes to patching up there games.

Now i don't know if you noticed. But skyrim version is 1.9.0.32 while the editor is still on 1.8.51.0

How safe is making a new mod with this current editor even though the patch has broken some papyrus scripts and editor commands like resurrect etc.. even mfg commands are broken. That would also explain some unstable mods working under 1.9.32.0.32

Thanks for the answer. But i have one question though ?

The thing that worries me more, is that the new patch added more to skyrim.esm and update.esm. everytime this happens SKSE is broken and needs to be updated to reflect the new changes incorporated to skyrim.esm and update.esm how is this not problem for the current editor ??

By using the old skyrim editor aren't you reverting your mod back to the old 1.8.51.0 instead of the new 1.9.32.0 ?? 1.8.51.0 still had bugs witch 1.9.32.0 fixed.

It's the executable TESV.EXE is responsible for some (perhaps most) of the issues with the latest patch. Bugs related to scripts and mod files (esp/esm/bsa) aren't that important as they are fixable by modders. I don't think the CK needs to be updated to create a mod for 1.9.

No, the CK reads the new updated files which are also used by the game.
