This is my first mod... please don't murder me!

 

What's This?!?

This mod replaces the vanilla main menu loop with something a little more saucy. Now, instead of having to make a choice of only one sexy Fallout animation loop, you can enjoy  8 loops organized into different categories. So instead of actually playing the game, you can sit back and admire the master pieces created by SFM & Blender artists!

 

What’s New In 2.0

Other than moving this mod to it’s new location I have replaced all of the S.P.E.C.I.A.L intros that can be played instead of the regular Bethesda Logo. I couldn’t replace the audio and so I tried to pick sequences that fit the original audio. That being said some, of them may not suit your taste. If you don’t want to see gore when you start the game, then manually download this mod and leave out the STRENGTH and ENDURANCE files.

 

What's New In 2.5

I tried to fix the lack of audio in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L intros. I removed some of the clips from the menu loop that I ended up using in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L intros so that there are no repeated animations. And I added a new clip to replace the Bethesda Logo intro. If you continue to have muted intros after installing this please let me know so I can try to fix it. If anyone knows where to find all the intro .xwm files, please let me know.

The Audio for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L intros should finally work. huge thanks to @nb097 for figuring this out!

 

What's New In 4.0

Saw there were a few people disappointed in the lack of customization. So, as advised, I broke up the Main Loop in to smaller categories. So now you can pick from 7 loops for your main menu. There Is Assaultron (lots of lady bots), Beast (monsters get horny too), Deathclaw (strictly busty lady claws here), Futa (Chicks of all kinds with massive dicks), Guro (brutal and not for the faint of heart), Stealth (chinese stealth suit only), and Vanilla (just human on human stuff but can still be a bit aggressive). Also huge thanks to @spicydoritos for making a FOMOD for me! Now just drop the archive into your mod organizer and make your decisions.

 

What's New in 5.0

Not only is ther a new menu category, but there are new animations for every category. I even commissioned an artist to make an Assualtron & Piper animation that you can find in the Futa categories. That's right plural! Do you like Chicks with dicks but not carzy futa monsters? May I present the new category: Futa Lite! Also there is now a torrent version of the file, for those with Bittorrent set up. We were having huge issues with Google drive limiting the number of downloads per day. Huge thanks to @vaultbait for getting that set up.   

 

Requires

Technically it requires nothing, if you have a mod organizer. For the time being I will not be offering the raw data folder for manual install. The FOMOD should work fine amd it makes things easier for me and hopefully you. 

 

Installation

I have provided a PDF called READ ME that contains the Download Link, as well as a lot of the information you are reading now. Just copy and paste the link to your browser, then download the file! You should be able to drop the archive into any mod organizer. I am happy to help troubleshoot issues you are having just keep in mind that I may not answer immediately.

  • NONE OF THESE ANIMATIONS WERE CREATED BY ME!!! I found them on rule34 and edited/converted them to replace the game file. Why? Because I like UI mods but want variety instead of having to pick only one sexy clip.
  • I  did my best to keep artist’s watermarks in frame. There was no cropping done to intentionally remove an artists name. I plan on making many updates to this mod, and I am hoping to eventually add a list of all the artists who's work I used to create this mod. Maybe even links to their socials.
  • YOU MAY FIND SOME OF THE VIDEOS OFFENSIVE!!! I wanted video sequence to be as lore friendly as possible, so I tried to only pick animations that fit the art style of the game. This does limit the number of clips I had to choose from. Please understand that while I may enjoy all the kinks represented, you might not. THIS SEQUENCE INCLUDES BEASTIALITY, FUTANARI, GORE, AND RAPE!!! This does not mean that I support any of these things outside of the game. If you don't understand what some of these options are please look up their meaning before picking them. If you don't like what you see, reinstall and pick a different menu option. If I've really hurt your feelings, feel free to uninstall my mod. I understand that everyone has different tastes and maybe this mod isn't for you. Feel free to DM me on LoversLab if you feel the need to ask questions or vent your concerns, let's just try to stay away from toxic behavior.

This just a passion project of mine that I hope others can enjoy. I plan on adding more to this mod (replacing vanilla posters and signs, adding alternate sound/music, and fixing things that could be lewder). Please feel free to leave reviews, ideas, and links to NSFW FO4 SFM & Blender clips. Once again, the real credit here goes to animators and artists, all I did was edit their art into a longer video.

Loved the new main menu loop, and like what I see so far of the SPECIAL intro replacers - but unfortunately, the one I've hit so far, Perception, doesn't have any audio :(

 

Is that maybe baked into the video file itself, different from how the main menu loop does?

I'm actually fixing that now. the videos I made had audio in them, which caused the original track to mute for some reason. I am replacing Agility, Charisma, and Endurance. Perception should be fine but I'll take a look.

Thanks, I'm not entirely sure how lol. Bethesda had to go and make things more complicated by having audio files separate from the corresponding video files. If I figure it out though I'll let you know.

I tried converting them back to MP4 without audio then reconverting to bk2 with no change unfortunately...

 

Maybe time to pull up Premiere and see if anything can be done there to get it to work.

Just for giggles, I thought I'd take a look at the vanilla files, and it seems there is something different with them. Using RADTools to convert them, I get a warning: "No sound found in Bink file."

 

So there is clearly something different in how those were created - maybe they need the licensed version of RADTools (to do the proper bk2 file format)?

Thanks for looking into it and catching my mistakes. I think it's because the audio files are separate from the video, at least that's how it is for the main menu. I'll fix that L problem though lol.

You are correct, I need the licensed version of Bink 2 to create files with sound. Now it's just a matter of how expensive that is going to be

The audio IS IN the files! In the vanilla ones that is.

 

In RADtools, convert the vanilla files, unchecking video and specifying track 1 through 5 (Have to do it multiple times; batch makes that easy-ish) in the convert wizard.

 

Once those are extracted, you can mix them in using the same track numbers to your new SPECIAL videos and it should work. Will be giving it a go here in a sec.

 

Edit: And yes, that WORKS!

Thanks for the help! Is there any way I could just get you to zip your fixed files and then I can add them to the mod download? I'd be happy to credit you, I want it fixed but I don't have the time to do so until next week.

It's not possible without coding, which I know nothing about. If someone does and wants to help, that would be super cool. The current script calls for 1 file name, and because I can't have 2 files with the same name in 1 folder, it has to be one long video sequence.

No worries, I may make alternate intros at some point but I've kind of run out of lewd FO4 animations to pick from.
