There is something nasty wrong here... You should download FNIS for Special Edition from Nexus.

You have installed the Skyrim LE version, uninstall it and install the Skyrim SE version when i look for it , it doesnt say its for LE or SE , i just need someone to point me to the right files

Also FNIS for SE is literally called "Fores New Idles in Skyrim SE - FNIS SE".
