nexusmexus1234 Posted April 5, 2021 Author Posted April 5, 2021 Sorry lets see what i can remember... It was in Riften, not outside in the lower canal. It was lit red when you walked inside, there was a catwalk with customers, there were two floors. There might have been a proustite / slavery quest

If I remember right, MXR Mods did a review on it on his youtube channel, if you have to, go look at his channel and see what he's reviewed.
