Anyone found a fix/mod to remove swimsuits from the Snowy Escape bathhouse?

I'm sure I'm not the only one annoyed that sims wear their swimsuits when entering the bathhouse hot spring (and in any shower on a bathhouse lot). 

I've been looking around for any mods that change this, ever since Snowy Escape came out, and still haven't found anything. 

Closest thing so far has been this mod that makes sims wear a towel instead, but that's not what I really want, and it caused some other little issues so I don't use it.

 

Both MCCC and WW have nudity options for working out, yoga, spas, mud baths, steam rooms, etc, but still nothing for the hotspring.

 

Not that I know anything about making this type of mod, but it seems like the game just changes the default outfit for bathing on that lot, from "bathing outfit" into "swimsuit", so I'd think a mod could just change that. And the mod I linked did change to the "towel outfit", yet still, as mush as I search I can not find a mod to make sims embrace the nude hot spring life.

 

So, anyone else find a fix for this yet?

WW has a lot trait called Clothing Optional

None of the WW lot traits or autonomy signs FORCE nudity, they just "allow" it. 

 

Also, I've tried the LMS dress code lot trait mod, and though I had high hopes, it does NOT work for this.

The mod makes sims equip the selected outfit when they enter the lot. But interestingly, when the "nude dress code" trait is applied on a bathhouse lot type, Sims instead change into their swimsuit. 

This seems to suggest that on this lot type, the game sees the swimsuit outfit as being the 'bathing outfit"/nude.

 

As for the XML tuning file posted in that other thread. Thanks for pointing it out.

I haven't tried it yet, I just wish there were any replies to that post so I didn't have to be the guinea pig testing out a file from an unfamiliar poster, ha.

 

EDIT: I tried it out, seems to mostly work if you use the right lot traits, and the sim autonomously goes to a locker to get changed first. Some glitches like a "change outfit" animation loop where a sim did the changing spin animation like 5-6 times before getting dressed to leave. The lockers getting stock in the open position. And I think it caused a last exception alert.

BUT, I haven't tested it much, and I'm not sure if it'll have any other effects on the game

Thanks for letting us know. I've downloaded it, I just haven't actually played in months, so I've never gotten around to testing it. I don't think EA even knows what an onsen is. It's supposed to be naked and gender divided, but they just made it a hot spring for everyone to to use (in swimwear).
