GUS482 Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 Friends, Hi. So, I have finally figured BodySlide out. (Yeah!) Now, I have used a mod to change Cicero into a female. I have tried to adjust "her" using BS, but she retains the unmodified female body type. Apparently I cannot seem to locate the actual "Outfit/Body Preset". (I tried to replace anything in Bodyslide that seemed to identify Jester/Cicero. Further, the base replacer mod says it uses the CBBE Body SMP (3BBB). So, I replaced THAT with my desired Preset - but no change occurred. What makes this situation different? Is there something about gender change software that prevents this? Is there a better mod set for what I am attempting? (I am going for a DC Harley Quinn look.) Here are the Cicero mods I use. A second, thousand, set of eyes to take a look and offer suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5212 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29023 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/5941?tab=files
PapaGeorge Posted April 3, 2021 Posted April 3, 2021 I’ve got the first two fashions set up. No problem with body and clothes except arms and legs.
venomr Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 You could use "bae extractor" to unpack the BSA file and see if there's a body inside the meshes folder for the mod. Use that body as the target for bodyslide and things should work fine. Or you could try using a mod that's already done that part for you https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35381?tab=files
devildx Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 You should use the new replacer. It has a option for more bodies with bodyslide. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35381?tab=description
GUS482 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 Thanks everybody! I tried all the suggestions. The https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/35381?tab=files worked. I had some arranging and sliding to do, but it all came out rock n roll. The problem I faced was that the BSlide labels weren't really that clear originally. The newer mod was perfect on a clean save. FYI... My Cicero turned out like the original Harley from Warner Bros 90s cartoon Batman. The base ones were too skinny and boyish. The generic and common choices were, um, too ample... heh. I made her more of a "shorty". Thanks again guys!
