HDT Inari tail and hair mods acting up

So I have recently run into a problem I can't seem to fix. All hdt tail mods are acting up and are not properly alligned with the character. I've noticed that my hdt hair mods are no longer moving anymore for some reason. I have all the requirements for these mods and the latest XPMSE. I have no idea what is causing this.

This is not only happening to Inari hdt tails but every single tail mod that has hdt.

So i looked at it a second time and it turns out that nothing is wrong with the hair mods. Just the tail mods.
