Something About Trying to modify Vanilla NPC or Something....

Is there a way to modify a npc with: Custom Hairs, eyes, Etc. 

I would want to know about that but im kinda clueless

2way to do that first the easy one by using any game Overhaul like anyone from links below

and there is many others like this in nexus just type overhaul in search and get what suit u and your pc performance 

 

second one need some work .. u need to get face, eyes, skin or cloth resource or any thin u need from nexus  as example this link   https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/42015  ( link also explain how to apply in game )  then use  Construction Set to make or modify what u want

That face resource is very beautyful, i think that MBP++ has some resources in it's folders, no?...
if it's that i could use something from these folders like some eyes and hair, and probably, with time i should make my very first mod, if i have some guts do that...
