Go INTO NIFSCOPE AND FIND THE BSLIGHTNINGSHADER PROPERTY

FIND THE EMMISIVE COLOUR CHANGE THAT TO WHATEVER COLOUR YOU WANT SAVE IT LOAD AND HEY PRESTO NEW GLOWING COLOUR.

 

This file has been set up to be installed via nmm so use that to install and uninstall

Dagger. All my weapons were made by me from ideas i have, ive been told that some of my weapons look the same as weapons from other games which is completly unintentional. But thank you for the complement
