Help! My devious devices gag dialog are not working! The NPC only replies I beg your pardon.

I have the problem that when I want to enter into a dialogue, no dialogue starts and the NPC only says: "I beg your pardon?" and nothing more.

What could be causing this problem. I've tried a lot but nothing changes. Please I need help. I manage my mods with NMM
