How exactly do I get SexLab working?

This framework is such a headache, I've downloaded it and gotten the in-game menu so to me it looks to be functioning, I downloaded "Matchmaker" as the tool to control and use the animations but whenever I use the spells nothing happens? I've ran FNIS, installed all the other required stuff, still nothing

I also have OSex installed and that works buttery smooth compared to SexLab.

Is there any solid tutorial out there or am I just dumb? If that is the case I guess giving up is the more logical option.

When you went in game did you use the 'install Sex Lab' option in the MCM?
