Skyrim CTD when moving, specifically on the outskirts of whiterun, near the stables.

I'm aware I don't have many sexlab mods, but I have an account here and don't have one for reddit. I really don't want to make a new reddit account, I'd normally ask there.
I've been having an issue with CTDs, specifically when I get in game. I can load up skyrim just fine, but as soon as I load in a start to be able to move, I crash within seconds. I can show my modlist. I have no idea what is causing these issues, any pointers would be greatly appreciated. I've used LOOT and SSEedit, but the problems still persist. I'm sorry if the issue is blatantly obvious, ive never tried this many mods before. Before, id just run Ordinator along side some magic and texture mods.

If the crash only occurs in one area where you saved, try going in a small room or "CoC QASMOKE" from main menu, google the npc that may be in this area, and summon them one by one. crash from a distance in an area may be related to a missing mesh file, causing your game to CTD 100% when at a certain distance from the affected npc.

Also I can see Legacy of the Dragonborn Patches loading before the Legacy of the Dragonborn mod, which may cause issues, run a bit of LOOT

Nice collection of warning signs you have there.

That's a mod list not a plug-in list.

Its mostly just 'theres an update for these', but when I check theres no actual update. Unless you mean something else?
