This mod always has its quirks, but I can work around them. This issue on the other hand is crippling my gameplay. I can't be running around the Commonwealth with a baby. I need to be able to place it in a crib and let it grow while I go do my thing.

 

Is anyone aware of a solution to this? For the record my baby just floats in the air above the crib for a couple seconds like the script is trying to function or something, and then it just disappears. I have NO idea where the baby goes after it disappears, so I can't get it back.

I just put both models in the workbench and they will grow. Both models-wearable/and one in misc. Only the "misc" version grows and the wearable one disappears(?).

 

This can be done with settlers also. I just take them (because I don't trust them to grow with the settler) and place them in that workshops bench. Check later and poof a kids appears beside you with text saying something like, ....."this child will be raised by the settlement".

 

I know it kills immersion, if babies ina crib is your trip. But the mechanics are there to have children in the settlements.

For me, it has only ever happened that the first pregnancy is associated with the "father" quest, and doctor interaction. Only the first ever.

Second pregnancy and following, leave me to check and heal the baby on my own, which is doable. I just don't get doctors noticing I am pregnant anymore.

But if you use the mcm, you can give birth manually. Lil' immersion breaking, but sound mechanics, if you want children in a settlement.

Romance, if that's what you are talking about, is point driven unless you have a mod that overrides that step. However, creating a child out of "wedlock" is no big deal depending on other animation mods and supporting "call for" mods. "Sexual Harassment" has given me most of my pregnancies. Even violate can trigger a pregnancy.

I'm having a strange problem I hope someone can help me resolve.  I'm able to get females pregnant, but not males.  I'm playing as a male character.  Using the debug "impregnate" option on debug page 3, I can get female NPCs pregnant, but not me or male NPCs.  When I try with males I get a "Failed:..." message..  I have:

 

Male Pregnancy: On
Male to Male Cum: On
Male to Male Sex Outcome: Off
Toggle if male player can be the only male to get pregnant: On.

 

Any tips?

Despite the fact that these mods do indeed work, I'm having an issue with 1. The bodyslides (Yes, I clicked build meshes & batch-built all of my outfits. Yet, when I click the regen morphs debug option, my character's body goes invisible except the arm & leg armour), and 2. The pregnancy. For this one, my character (female) gets pregnant, but it doesn't seem to progress. I've set the pregnancy month to be 1 month per day, and despite sleeping in a bed for 3 days, nothing's happened. No message about being pregnant or anything.

 

If there's anything you could do to help, that'd be great.

So for issue 1: I had this same exact issue with FusionGirl - I had to get CBBE, put it *after* Fusion so Fusion overwrites (I also threw in a realistic pregnancy preset into CBBE 'cus it isn't my first rodeo with CBBE thanks to Skyrim) it then I was able to regen body morphs and BOOM - my pregnant slav - er I mean uh - reformed raiders had bumps. 

 

For issue 2: I was able to get my MC pregnant via IVF but I could never actually get her pregnant via sex. I have NO idea why. And this sadly doesn't seem like it's going to be updated anymore.

This may be covered but I can't find it.

Everything works good except the baby goes straight to adulthood and skips childhood altogether.

I've tried and tested with the settings but cannot figure out why.

Any suggestions from you modding pros?

hi,

I'm really confused; I made a lot of experiments like a mad vault tec scientist (and with WDF), but I don't understand how it works for humans and ghouls. I have never seen a single child or a new adult; the npac's have in their inventory [baby]growing .... but nothing happen. I can see the messages; for example "an adult has grown in the commonwealth" or "an adult blabla in spectacle island", but no new settler!

 

 

 

edit 1: after a pregnancy 1 of my female character has now a unique body, is it possible to keep this body even after an other pregnancy to make her unique?

 

edit 2: the post-partum setting is maybe bugged, even turn off for the settlers, the female settlers keep huge breasts

FPE und WFD are running. My girl even was pregnant for the first time and till the birth of the child all the morphs (fusiongirl) were working good. But now after birth after "fast traveling" or loading in instances my body morph is changed to pregnant end state. Reset the morph via debug options (tried "Reset player body after pregnancy" and "Reset body morphs") works only for seconds. AT first it shows the non pregnant body, after a few seconds the pregancy states will show up. The player isn't pregant at that moment.

 

Maybe somebody knows what going on...

I had the same problem (for a settler), I have manually increased the "chance setting" in FPE for the woman and in WFD for the supermutant, and it works, but no kid just a non-growing baby, and I don't know what to do with it

whenever my character get impregnated i get a perk for it that says i gain resistance to something and its 2x when naked the resistance isnt 2x

Is there a solution for the issue of infinite loading screen when trying to give birth?

 

Edit: If anyone else has this issue I had surrogate perk on so i removed it and also turned on no babies option in birth options. I didn't test them one at a time so it couldn't been either or both that fixed it at least enough to get past the loading screen.

if you have wasteland dairy framework remove it, this mod is too bugged. Then uninstall FPE (you must use the fpe uninstaller), check for uninstalled files and remove them manually. Load the game, do a clean save, quit, install FPE again and it should work if you don't modify the fpe settings. (pregnancy length, number of days for a month don't modify them ), but you can modify the chance settings if your character or npcs aren't lucky enough.

 

btw if your charater have sex, after giving a gift; sometimes, it breaks your notification pop-up, that means not XP pop-up, etc.

My npc females go from 9 months pregnant to not pregnant, without giving birth at all.
Any help with maybe settings or something?

They are morphing and getting pregnant just fine, just no baby.

Have you installed Raider Reform School? if, you have to use a console command to stopp the baby delay.

I found and confirm - the mod Family planning is working great.
The issue is if I use mod  Commonwealth captive ... the saved settlers from that mod are not regular settlers even if they are shown like that.
They can't be impregnated with NPC+NPC   and the impregnation will work only  between player+ that NPC from that mod.
The normal vanilla NPC from the game - yes, they can be impregnated from NPC+NPC sex.

I confirm the same problem.

Player(male) + NPC = pregnancy

NPC + NPC = NO pregnancy

NPC is viral (male) with 100% chance
Use AAF to make NPC+NPC having sex. - result is No pregnancy
The option 'Only Player to impregnate' is OFF.
I tried many times .. NPC never got pregnant ... so I don't think is settings as they are all good.
Probably is a bug.... not sure if anyone can track this.

update and resolve the issue

everything is fixed after a clean install of all the mods. (the problem came from spell perk distributor)

 

excepted:

- the contraceptive pills and abortion seem to give a perpetual infertile perk, impossible to remove

 

And;  my character was raped by a supermutant and get pregnant, I used pregnaend without effects (I never received the message warning me of the pregnancy, nor was I given the opportunity to consult a doctor.) and the "debug abortion", now she has an infertile perk which can't be removed.

 

btw, this mod and wdf are really cool, but unfortunately some bugs ruin the experience

I've scoured this forum for awhile, I've yet to find a fix or a edit to add additional races to solve the "no pregnancy data available" roadblock, (no the heather fix doesn't work nor apply)

specifically uses a new raced called FEMSUPERMUTANT_TEST according to FO4 edit. FPER (and wasteland offspring) work with female supermutants from lovers lab but not the female mutants from supermutants redux. 

 

Have I missed something? I've seen posts of the Vulpine race but that is a player race, I've yet to find a patch or directions to add conditions in FO4edit for NPCs

So I'm not sure what is going on here but the character gave birth and there is no baby anywhere. I tried reloading the save prior to birth and also tried messing with the debug options and nothing has worked as of yet. There were no messages indicating the child had died or was stillborn. Is there a fix for this?

Checking in again to see if anyone has figured out how to solve the Romance issue where the romance points randomly become -2 billion. Surely there has to be a command to reset an NPC's romance points
