This was made by an author named Grinch. I did not make this mod and I have not edited it in any way. All credit goes to the original author.

 

How to install: Open the Pant077 raccoon.rar then go into its addons folder, drag the .zip archive folder and drop it into your tk17 addons folder.

 

Note: This is a pants addon and it can be used without hooks.
