Main menu start/load game won't appear

Certain sexout plugins are causing the main menu options to not appear and I have to task manager it is quite annoying. Any ideas on what could cause this?

I have tried uninstalling and and using different versions of scr and such

Disable the mods one at a time and load the game until the menu comes back.  Sucks, but that's how I do it when it happens to me.

VegasPrincessHair.esp is probably causing that.

This happened to me when my requirements weren't up to date. So for instance you install SOFO, but your sexout is from last year and not the current version, this will probably happen. If that is not the case for you, you must do what t said. Depending on how many mods you've got installed, I would deactivate the mods in chunks to eliminate the culprit though, as you most likely will find it faster, than going through them one by one.
