Problems with AFF animations

Hello, I have been trying to make the aff work in fallout 4, I tried everything and finally I managed to make the dialogues happen and the hotkeys work but it happens that when the scene is going to happen, only the characters remain immobile and nothing happens.  I already have the AFF CMC installed, the knockuot framework, as well as the F4SE and I think that's all, I also have several texture and animation mods but nothing happens, what mod do I need?

 I also did the correct settings to the original files

I have no idea what you are talking about. To be honest what you asked is 'doctor, something is wrong, help me' and that's it :)))

Just follow one of the guides on the forum, this one for example , or look in the Indarello's thread, for alternative way

Be sure to make all steps in one of the guides in proper order.

Have you installed any animation packs like leito animation etc.. ? AAF alone dont have animations its just a framework for other mods and animations packs.

I have a problem too, I instaled ALL but I dont know why, males dont appear. just female raiders

This is the case: 

I played fallout 4 steam ver. unninstaled it and when I find this mod I installed it again.

so, If I want use "New Game" the game just keeps loading and loading and loading, no crash but no start

I use a save game and all works, but all humans are just female, and in the cheat room I try to spot a male npc and dont appear, what could I have installed wrong?

and when I start a position my body or npc body gets diformed
