Might be conflicting mod files, possibly two or more default replacements (WW already has one set of its own). Check for any body parts that say "default", "DR", or something like that.

If you can't find anything, keep only WW in your Mods folder and move everything else somewhere like Desktop (remember to delete "localthumbcache.package", found in "Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4"). When you start the game, everything should be alright, and by gradually adding all the other mod files back into the game, you can find any "bad apples" that are causing your issues. Start with other script mods like MC Command Center or Nisa's Wicked Perversions for some quick progress, but pay attention to dependencies (like Wicked Pervs requiring WW).
