Turn off specular for hair?

Hey all, I wants to know if there is a way I can turn off Specular for hair using ENB? I cranked the SpecularAmount and SpecularPower in [ENVIRONMENT] to make the game feel more Bloodborne-ish. That lead to hair having this really weird plastic effect. I'm using .435 series, Silent Horizons  ENB.

Is there something I can tweak to keep the environment specular, but disable it for hair? I've found some info here. http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=6948&start=10

Apparently, the topic is trying to turn ON gloss for hair, while I'm trying to turn it off. He mentions a line of code somewhere that will turn specular off for brow and hair, but I can't seem to find it.

I will be away for a few days, so I won't be able to reply. Thanks ahead of time.

Dang, nothing? Surely I thought there was a solution I haven't found yet. Will a kind soul bring this up with Boris on his ENBseries forum? I've been trying to register all morning using 2 different email account, still can't seem to get the conformation email.

Can it be done directly to the hair in Nifskope? I wouldn't mind an answer to this myself.

Yes you can, I just tested right now. All you need to do is uncheck the Specular for that nif.

The problem is that you'll have to change hair/brow nif that you have. This will be a pain in the ass if you have KS hair and other mods.

Thanks for that.

What do you mean by 'change' ?

Why a pain? Because there are so many?

Yea you have to open up the hair nif, uncheck specular and save. You'll probably wants to do that for every hair, you don't want shinny hair showing up randomly in your game. I was hoping for a way to do this with ENB since you can change Specular for environment and body separately.
