Help with specific HDT setup

I have a very specific HDT setup in mind, but I haven’t used HDT in years (since LE) and don’t really know what I’m doing anymore.

 

I play a male character with SOS Full. The females in my world use BHUNP base with my own slider preset. I’m going for realism in my proportions, but with a lot of variety: 0 weight is a slender A cup, 100 is a Playboy centerfold DD.
 

I’ve been using CBPC collisions with Sinful CBP for a long time. Jiggle settings are mostly realistic, just a little extra bounce.

 

What I want to do is to either apply HDT only to vagina collisions or—if it’s possible without killing my framerate—to vagina and boob only. I don’t care about hair or clothes. My primary goal here is for smoother, more responsive vagina collisions and opening during penetration.

 

Is this something I can do without tanking my framerate? And if so, how do I set this up?

Afaik you used to be able to do a partial SMP partial CBPC installation of  BHUNP and CBBE-3BBB. Not sure if that's still possible with the newer version, but you can check, either by dong a reinstallation or by asking the author of BHUNP whether his/her fomod still provides that capability

 

(Also, not exactly sure that'll provide you with what you want, but it's the only way I know of to have both CBPC and SMP physics simultaneously).

 

Alternatively you *could run in CBPC mode most of the time and switch to SMP mode only for doing the deed. switching is as simple as clicking the hotkey provided by the BHUNP MCM
