help. elven races head messed up in character creation

I having an issue with making any elven character right now. I've gone over my mod list with a fine tooth comb for the last day or so. and I can't figure the source of the problem.

Would a simple jpg not have sufficed rather than half a gig of movie?

May I suggest if you are going to present a video, change the format to something like MP4 and have it compressed so it reduces the file size. I'm still downloading it, or rather opening it to see.

I figured out what was causing my problems. It was this mod.
