I hope these work fine in-game - I didn't test it.

Open the package file with S4S > Studio > Meshes > [Import Mesh] - doing this for LOD 0 and LOD 1 should be sufficient. Save and replace the current package. So you may use only one or the other as I didn't renumber the file.
Unfortunately it's a lower body part and the legs are low-quality. One really wants to convert it to accessories (without lower_body mesh) or edit the legs. The bag is controlled by the pelvis bone so it may move not as expected.
