Mihail is notorious for love em and leave em and nothing happened on the LE side with this mod for years because there was nothing TO happen that wasn't already covered by PSQ or DL or [insert any number of drain mods]. If you read the readme he clearly states he's p much done with creature insertion outside of quest specifics, quests that he hasn't made yet.
