I used to do this with text to speech software. When you would type a word and it would pronounce it funny so you would have to trick out the software to do it right. Same thing I would do when the voice would pronouce one word after another a little too fast I would add three periods between those words to alleviate that then into audacity and remove some of the recording to so it blended in with the sentence they were saying out loud.

If I wanted to implement these into an existing mod like Spouses Enhanced + Serana how would I go about doing that? Is there an easy to follow tutorial, do mods that implement fus ro dah make it easier?

I've been messing around with this tool. It takes about as much time to tweak as the old fashioned Audacity splicing method I used.

The only time I see it for now, is when you need someone to say a particular thing and there seems no way to communicate the idea from Splicing.

 

These were spliced from Skyrim assets. Not from the tool.

Actually not bad, some of the voices sound a bit too artificial still, but this is better than I thought it would be.

I think the best voice is the Female Commander. Followed by the Thalmor Bitch.
