Sexout Brutal Rapers malfunction

Please help me with the following problem:  After 2 hours of playing, the rape no longer initiates, but the normal sex between npcs occur. The game doesn't freeze, the creatures just stop attacking as if 1 npc initiated the rape sequence, & my character just stands there; the undress protocol no longer functions too. I noticed that sometimes the S brutal rapers popups no longer display in the MCM menu. What could be the problem? Here is the load order, & thanks alot..:

Perhaps the 3rd person camera mod is the problem?

I found the problem-there were tokens in my inventory that shouldn't be there, but still uninstalled the game because it's not worth searching for ids & removing them every time the bug happens.
