Makeup bug?

Hello everyone. First of all, sorry for possible mistakes. English is not my native language. 

So I'm trying to move from 7.5 to VX. Everything seems to work fine, but I've notices some wierd thing with makeups.

It seems that I cant make it BLACK. I can change color, saturation, etc., but cant get pure black. It becomes dark blue for some reason.

So the question is - is this intented? Or am I missing something?

Asked the same question on KE, but no answer so far.

 

 

Does anyone know what can be the problem? Please help.
