For some reason, My character is the only one wearing a gown. She doesn't get nacked, while all other do.

Hmm, that's strange. I just check the mod in the game right now and it shows no problem at all. Is your own character an adult (18) to begin with? Because the default naked age in game is 18. If your character's age is 16, she will be wearing a gown by default and you can't see her naked until 18.

I think that might have been the issue. She was indeed 16 when I started. Thanks
