Open the file and scroll down past all your mods to find the Duplicates listing. It's still included on the main WW download page as I suspect it's for those having troubles with the new requirements.

Mod versions are matched to your game version and the error is likely from Nisa's WP not matching the Wicked Whims version. We don't keep track of matching older game/mod versions here and always recommend updating your game to the latest version. Then updating all your mods so everything is current and matches the current game version. Otherwise all you can do is remove Nisa's Wicked Perversions.
