sims turned red and white

so I dowloaded this and it was awesome, but soon my sims turned red and white and had question marks on their body. I cleared my mods folder and then I found out its because of this. If anybody knows how to fix it or what im doing wrong pls tell me, cuz I really enjoyed this.

You're required to enable 'Uncompressed Sim Textures' and disable 'Laptop Mode' in Graphics Settings.

I forgot that at the first start too.

Hey I'm having the same issue. How do you uncompressed and disable?

Look in the game options, in the menu buttons in the upper corner of the game.  I forget if that's a setting that requires a game restart to fully take effect, but I suspect it would be.

Is anyone using MAC ?? I can't find laptop mode there

I was having this problem, and enabling the 'Uncompressed Sim Textures' did it for me. Thanks.

Is this a new thing? i only had these red and white skin issues since the last update, i didn't even knew that option existed.

Yes, its's new. It seems to be a necesary setting for WW v162a to work. You can look at the changelog (link is at the bottom of the downlod page) form more details.

I don't think MAC's have that setting but I don't know much else about them.

mine still doesn't work even after doing uncompressed and disabling laptop mode on Mac

OK thanks for that info.

Some computers hardware just can't handle it unfortunately.

The only temp workaround until this gets fixed is to use WW 1.61c for now.

Many were getting the black penis fixed by changing skin tones in CAS to find one that works.

I even saw the thing telling me to do that and still forgot. Just waiting for the game to start back up to see if that worked.
