SouthernGorilla Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 I now know how to change an individual sim's work outfit. But is there a global setting for work uniforms? There are a ton of outfits in the download section that would be much more fun than the black scrubs bartenders wear right now. Since all bartenders wear the same outfit there has to be a single definition for that outfit. But is it something we can access? Or is it coded in? I have seen clothes with a "retail_uniform" (something like that) flag in their files. I assume there's something similar for bartenders, vets, etc. I just don't know if that's something we can tweak. Editing each bartender individually might work, but that's a hassle.
Scorpio Posted December 15, 2020 Posted December 15, 2020 Probably not what you're looking for but I've been using this one so they just wear everyday outfits instead. https://sweetsims4finds.com/2017/12/revyreis-no-dj-bartender-uniforms

But still helpful. Now I know I can set a dress code for a facility and that the "situation" flag I see on clothing in S4S has something to do with these outfits. I know more now than I did when I posted the question, that's a win in my book. Now I just need to figure out a bit more.
2cool4u_1 Posted December 17, 2020 Posted December 17, 2020 My suggestion would be to make a full body outfit override. It would replace the original though, so the original would no longer be selectable until you remove the override, or make a copy of it.

Is it something I can do in-game, or do I need to write some code?

It's done using Sims4Studio. When you open S4S, under the "CAS" button, select "Override", then click the "CAS" button and choose the uniform you want to override. I've only done it once myself, so rather than make a mistake and confuse you, I'll recommend looking up a tutorial on Google to see how to go from there.. Good luck.

Thanks, I'll check it out next time I play.
