whitescar Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 I'm just wondering how exactly do I start playing Sexout? I own New Vegas (as instructed, lol), I've downloaded the complete Sexout NG package (Sexout NG Data AND Core files, and the common resources files), Asytmma's Combined Skeleton, NVSE Extender 11, and the NVSE v3beta 2. I've made sure that the load order of Sexout.esm is after ALL of the DLC, and I launch New Vegas via NVSE and there's a mini comfirmation message at the top corner that I have NVSE Extender 11. However, Sexout doesn't seem to activate or anything, I don't know how to initiate Sexout NG. Are these just the base files for the animations themselves or do I need to download a quest mod or something to accompany the Sexout NG mod? I've also downloaded the Sexout Rapers final version, but I can't even press the buttons to perform the actions, nothing happens! So, can anyone tell me how I actually play Sexout NG? Thanks in advance for your answers!
Halstrom Posted April 3, 2013 Posted April 3, 2013 Sexout itslef is just a sex engine frame work for animations, you need to add one of the Sexout plugins that makes the animations happen, there are basic ones like SexKey that you just target an actor and sex happens, ones that add sex happening randomly or on events like Brutal Rapers, there are also complex storyline mods as well.

Thanks in advance for your answers! SexoutNG, CRF, NVSE Extender and so on - foundation only, contains all is necessary to provide normal function for Sexout mods. Except this components you ought to install mods with game content, such as SexoutPregnancyV3.esm, SexoutSlavery.esm, SexoutLegion.esm, SexoutBreeders.esp, SexoutConsequences.esp, SexoutWorkingGirl.esp, and maybe others. Order of installing and loading is important. If you do everything right, You''ll see presence of mods content in game almost at once. In my case Everything works correctly.

It is just a framework, nothing more. Also, posted in the wrong section. I read the FAQ and noticed the errors I made in my installation. I redid everything and added the plug-ins as suggested, followed it step-by-step... Under MCM, all the addons and SexoutNG settings show up and I am able to configure everything and made sure everything is turned on... For instance, Combat Rape... I tried to lose a fight, and no rape occurred. No Sexout occurs and nothing happens.. I got SexoutPregnancy and Breeders.. the Slavery mod... I will try again.. Never had problems with anything with Fallout3 or Skyrim... I'm also running the steam version of Fallout NV... though.. could that be it?

I would also recommend people read the OP's of the actual plugins they're downloading so they know what to expect and what not to. I don't feel I should have to tell people this, but more than once "problems" have arisen from people installing stuff and then out of sheer ignorance not realising the plugin they installed either doesn't do what they think it does or requires the player to do something specific. Not saying you have, but it has happened.
