Privatetime Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 what do need to do to this to get the game to open other than removing some of them
gregathit Posted December 11, 2020 Posted December 11, 2020 You are going to fight all kinds of issues because you have both Steam and MO2 in protected folders. The are the first 3 messages in your log. Steam should not be in the program files folder. UAC will jack with you. MO2 should also not be in the downloads folder. It should be in a new folder somewhere else. You could make a C:\Games\MO2 or something like that. The good news is MO2 you installed is the portable version. You should be able to just move the folder. Since you are using MO2 you don't have to move steam. Also, in your log file (at the bottom of the picture) it looks like you might be missing some plugins. If you don't have the requirements that a mod needs you will get a CTD, if the game even starts.
gregathit Posted December 12, 2020 Posted December 12, 2020 Google still works. Google UAC. Too much to explain. CTD = Crash to Desktop.
