How to remove 3d nipple cc that you didn't know you had?

I've going through my mods folder with a fine tooth comb but I can't figure out which mod (that I probably got from here) is changing my sims' breast shape and giving them 3d nipples that are often unaligned from where the nipples are on the skins themselves. They also clip with many tops, which is annoying. I've searched and removed anything that looks suspect: cmar's mods, any body mod with default/top/nipple/female in it.  The damn things are STILL there. I'm starting to think that I might have goofed and packaged the mod, but I back up anything before packaging it and afaik I don't see anything that might be causing it in my backup folder.

Wild Guy's Female Body Details nipples don't align properly when using default [BB] Tops.

Male parts are broken too.

Most other female tops and skin overlays don't match [BB] either.

It's just too old and no longer supported or updated.

 

I just stick to using the WW default female body anymore, plus Wild Guy's FBD.
