No dynamic lighning?

Ok, so i added a new room to the game (R350 Modern Villa HD). I use latest VX with Basic Hook5.

 

How come I cant use dynamic lightning (ctrl - )? I can't even change lightning in main.fx (for example; changing ambient_intensity  doesnt change anything.

 

I notice this happens in all downloaded roams other than the standard rooms.

 

Any help??
