Newbie Help

Hello I just found out about this game and would really like to install it, however every installation guide I look at sends me to modsgarden and for some reason i can't access it. I'm looking for the game install and hook 3 as my pc isn't the best but not the worst

The file for hook in the document you provided takes me to a hook 5 download. I'm looking for hook 3 how do I do this?

I tried hook 4 and 5 and it didn't run that great so I would like to try 3.
