Playing on SE, is there a way to not scale the belly on a Milk Maid?

Somewhere on loverslab there is an addon calleed "mme conifig menu." I think its in the milk mod economy SE topic if you search the posts but I forget which page its on,

 

Anyway the addon will let you choose how the body scales so you can use it to prevent the belly from scaling.

I have that mod. I'm currently not using slif so that mod is pointless.

In MME's MCM, go to Settings. There's a box you can uncheck for Belly Scaling (Visual).

So that I understand this mod completely, this primarily for female followers of a male pc and a female pc is better off with The Milk Maid?

What kind of patch would need to be made?

 

A milky life will still work if the dragonborn is a female.  The dialogue will use male pronouns but everything will still progress normally ( and its easy to open up the X edit to rewrite the dialogue if you wanted to)

A futa patch. Otherwise dialogue that is normally for male npcs only (requesting a "fill") is unavailable.
