2) Download "Patty.7z" (maro skin posted in this thread #1).

3) Unzip (2).

4) Put (1) and (3) in the following folders.

Is there an easy way of modifying the size and colour of the nipples and pubic hair in these skins?  By "easy" I mean e.g. modifying something in the .ini files.  If not, what app do I need to be able to edit these parameters?

As far as I'm aware, no, you can't just modify the .ini files.
However a while ago, KrunkDunk made a post proposing a new mesh for Honkers and included skins for every big breasted girls, basic tools, and instructions on how to mod skins. You basically need paint.net, an additional plugin for it, and I personally use gimp to edit the skins.

The skins and instructions are in the HON new body and skin v2.zip. There aren't skins for every girl, but you can just use what you already have on your side.
