I have tried overwriting the buf file, but it has no effect. Other colors can be displayed normally, only the black color will fade.

We continued the conversation in dm's and I believe he fixed it by updating the latest d3dx.ini

Download and drag and drop the ini on your vv installation, run the update script on my patreon I've linked to you. 

It should fix your problem.
