Ok well I guess their is not much else to do but delete all the mods and reinstall them.

Make sure you get rid of the duplicates you have:

12  LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp  <--delete this one
13  LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp  <---keep this one as it is the latest

 

Pick one or the other but not both:

20  LoversEscapeRapeVPlayer.esp
26  LoversHelpRapeVPlayer.esp

 

Not recommended with current revision of lovers with PK:

22  LoversRapeStruggle.esp

I appreciate you still helping me. I took your advice and deleted LoversAdultPlayPlus, LoversHelpRapeVPlayer, and LoversRapeStruggle. Then I tried a new game. It crashed. Soooo I tried for the heck of it, running the game with just Ovlivion.esm and the DLCShiveringIsles.esp. Tried a new game. The game crashed. So at this point I really am at a loss. Not one single mod enabled and the game is still crashing! Asked steam to validate the files in case something got corrupted and it said everything was fine. I deleted the ini file in My Documents. I don't really know what else to do.

If you are crashing with just Oblivion's esm and the Shivering Isles enabled then something is indeed bad wrong. 

 

All I can tell you is to try again and make absolutely certain that nothing else is enabled by accident.

 

The only other solution is to wipe all mods and start over if you don't have a backup.
