Says i can't buy a cafe le te till i upgrade the espresso machine.....HOW?

 

i asked google & it was useless so i'm here again to ask you the experts!

Here's a list of upgrades that can be applied to objects in-game (including requirements like Handiness skill level and upgrade parts):

According to this, espresso machines can be upgraded only once - at Handiness skill level 5, using 2 common and 3 kitchen upgrade parts (parts can be bought online or found during repairs and in the trash).

 

As for how to do it: Click on the object you wish to upgrade, and look for the option to do so (has a little wrench symbol next to it).
