Lagging Customizer Menus

Awhile back, I was getting terrible lag when trying to customize models in the customizer room. Mostly when trying to scroll through different clothing. At the time, I asked about this issue at MG and was told (I believe) to change one of my tracking settings in main11.fx from 1 to 0. I did this and it fixed it completely, but now it's back.  The following setting are all currently set to 0...iTextureTrackingEnable, iLevelDefinitionTrackingEnable & iSettingsTrackingEnable. Could it be that I changed something else last time and it somehow changed back? I do not believe I've added any addons recently that would effect performance, but I will try removing some of those as well to see if that helps. Any thoughts are appreciated.
