So this is like the topic suggests, probably a silly question. But i've seen lots of posts talking about specific mods being available for male not female, or female not male, seeming to be a lot of different ideas on what mods should include etc.

 

My question, is there a simple way for mods that only recognize female (like the powder gangers prison) to recognize the male character as a female? Like a console command (besides sexchange...which leaves the very disturbing male head on female body...), or an esp someone made, or a sexout option i missed...?

The only easy way to make a mod playable for both genders would be to make all of the dialogue gender neutral. And that would be kinda weird.

You can make gender specific dialog rather easily, but making the story make sense requires some energy and time.

 

For example, we could take legion tryout into a mod with male content, but the easy path there would involve male-male sexual activities (which would please some males and displease other males). But even the easy path would need dialog written and some of the scenes would need to be adjusted. For male-female sexual activities which would let a male follow the current story path for females, you would probably turn the entire legion into amazons with limping male slaves and that would also take a lot of time and energy and writing and implementation.

 

Anyways, it's much easier for us to talk of changes than for us to actually implement them.

I think the OP is asking for a better sex change.  There isn't one, but of course you can fix your face with ShowPlasticSurgeonMenu and your hair with ShowBarbereMenu.
