I know enough to wait for the upcoming patches to counteract the latest 11/10 patch, but are modders going to notice all the missing couches and beds?

I'm gonna edit this in a second, after I disable ALL my mods (it's that little check-box in the main menu, I hope)

Yes, with no mods the furniture works.

So it's definitely a mod, but which.

Also, since the house has been robbed, I'll have to load an older game (I think) 

after all the mods have been updated.

Official forum has identified the Basemental Drugs mod as the culprit, so deactivate the mod or wait for an update.

I did so (deactivated it for testing) and the missing items are back and I can place them again.
