i'm pretty sure the engine and the foundation of terraria's code is too wonky for that, and i'm pretty sure the devs themselves mentioned that

not about sex mods of course, just the code being a bit too wonky to be fully dynamic or something

Haha, you posted it into bad neighborhood fool, where Terraria is no welcome. Virgin Terraria has only some lewd retextures, but chad Starbound has their own version of Sexlab. This is why Starbound is the best game on this planet and Terraria sux donkey's ass, hehe. /J

 

But for real, I'm surprised that there aren't any lewd mods for Terraria. Terraria is more known and popular than Starbound, and nobody didn't do that for years? Well interesting fact to learn.
