Looking for a magic mod that allows you to make targets obey you

You could use the spell subjugate wenches from the Mod Buxom Wench Yuriana as a base. I mean this is more or less what you are searching for ... it just has to be coded for all npcs that you want to "enslave"

The problem is, i'm stuck using oldrim due to my pc being garbage.

I use many spell mods.  Apocalypse magic, Forgotten magic, and Lost Grimoire.  One of those mods has a some mind control spells.  One is called enthrall where an enemy falls to 20% you can cause them to obey you permanently until slain.  There's one that makes people fight for you while you channel a spell almost all have some sort of mcm or can be tweaked with another mod.  check those mods out.  you can Merge them to save plugin space too!
