Stock orange bra showing on male sims.

Hi,

 

I have a kind of strange problem:

 

I took a female (custom) sim and switched its gender with "Custom Gender Settings Mod" to male and chose "Toggle Breast" 

Except for the normal mess with the clothings all over the place (that´s not an issue for me), the sim now shows the orange female standard bra when having sex or undressing. Happens in CAS and in game...

When I switch to "tattoos" in CAS the bra goes off and only the standard black guys panties are showing.....

Theres also a kind of graphics cut over the hips in game.

 

Does anyone has a clue what might cause this?
