It is called 'Rape Lettering' but also includes BBC tattoos. Most other tattoos include korean letters.

There are various download links in there, I'm no sure what body type are you using, but someone made a 3BA conversion of the mod here.

Love this thread, I made a modification on BnP male skin using the very high quality Sakhr textures so every male in Skyrim is black wouldn't recommend this on a male character (never tested) but it's very practical when making QoS scenes.

 

I currently use UBE and I'm working on porting some QoS tats.

The real question is has anyone made a proper BLACKED mod in regards to stuff like how people made "Misogynistic Guards" etc, where black males would comment on female PCs? 

If you can't tell, I have a degradation thing given I run said originally mentioned mod- xD

if you want that kind thing, its possible now with AI mods like CHIM with MinAI, its a bit of a hassle to set up and you need decent pc but if you can run it, then you all you need is a decent prompt and you can turn skyrim into whatever roleplay setting you like, from immersive lore driven rp to blacked NTR debauchery if you want.  
Keep in mind it does cost real money to pay for the AI setup but i ever since i started i cant go back

The necklace itself is from Apachii divine elegance mod, the "Q" was a custom texture.

I looked and the file structure is off. You'd need to fix that. Also Didnt see a json file either meaning this wont work.

 

Your best bet is to simply over ride textures from a different slave tats mod with these. Easiest way to get them to work

NVM Downloaded it and it has a json. The file preview was fucked. Hit the add tats button in slave tats and the file structure is slightly off still as well. Make a data folder, then a throw a texture folder into it then throw this into that texture folder then repack for mo2

JSON exists GoogleDrive isn't always reliable when previewing files

I've uploaded them with better file structure. When I looked at the file I noticed that I remember the name. I've saved this on my hard drive a while ago and found another slave tats mod called ETC3. Its not as big but still contains a few nice tattoos including some spades.
