2cool4u_1 Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 From a computer, go to "Wicked..." then "Purchase Wicked Items..." and buy "Not-So-Wicked Lice Killing Shampoo" ($200). It will come in the mail. If you're in a hurry, you can buy it from build mode. Put it in your sim's inventory, and while they're taking a bath, use the shampoo.
snowdog04 Posted October 28, 2020 Posted October 28, 2020 In BB mode, it's under Decorations>Clutter. I usually buy it that way, I figure in reality I would run straight to the pharmacy and pick it up rather than wait for the mail.

This is very true! After buying on the computer, I usually shift-click the mailbox and have my sim deliver the mail, then I can get the mail and it's there. (I'm too lazy to go into build mode and look for it).?
