So i just downloaded the mod.. and i see on the descriotion ghere's a nee noc named Leon and Leah.. but i cannot find them.. is there a quest that i need to do to find them?

Well, by default, they hang out in Bannered Mare - main tavern in Whiterun. There is a associated quest - to get one of them not as a simple follower but as a Master/Mistress - for that, find Claudius - he is usually hanging outside Bannered Mare, on a market square.

Ok cool thanks.. also.. is there a way to make the cursed loot thing not activated every time i open a chest  or open a wooden door?

Well, there is MCM, first tab. There, you must adjust:

1. General probability of getting DCL event.

2. Probability of getting event based on arousal - this is often underestimated option, because with default setting (50%) it gets you 50% chance of event even when general probabi;ity is set to 0. So, you can either lower it (weight of arousal affecting event chance), or set it to 0.

3. Then, there is itemized event switch - you can either disable event on Door opening, or enable option "only for locked doors".
