Looking at the LaBamba pack in Sims 4 Studio, it seems that the sounds don't come with it.

If you want to check for yourself, you'll have to get Sims 4 Studio (of course), open the .package file via "My Projects" and go to the "Warehouse" tab. There, click on an item of the "Clip" type and inspect its "Events" (right part of the window, "Data" tab).

I've looked at a few of the "Sound" events and they all use sounds like "vo_cas_trait_artlover", which (judging by its name) comes with the game itself.

However, I should mention that my knowledge about animations and poses is very limited, so I might be missing something here. Unfortunately, I also don't know where the game stores its own sounds, so finding them might require some digging around.
