Its a shame I cant use it are there CBBE versions of these armors?? Would it be hard to convert? Given the Japanese/Chinese community I'm fairly sure there are conversions right now in CBBE, Manga Body, CHSBHC and just about everything else but they tend to guard their stuff pretty closely and privately converted mods are rarely shared due to permissions issues. Overall conversion is not a terribly hard process, you just need the tools and in some cases you have to hope the mesh is compatible with the nifscripts you're using for Blender. Once you get something into Blender, exporting to collida dae or .obj format to import into 3DSMax is no real problem, but some of these meshes just explode when imported into Blender due to the way they're built or the fact that you're using version of nifscripts which can't read the mesh data correctly. Its kind of a headache, but once you actually get a mesh imported, the hard part is mostly over....mostly.
NFSSTRIKER Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 @nightwolf Bikini looks like it's from this mod. The bikinis are CBBE. It might be modified to fit the body in the picture. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6236 Earrings might be from SEVERUS616 not sure as can't find any mods from SEVERUS616 on the nexus. hey I got the kankaraya mod , for some reason when I try to find it through console command, I do not find it , do I have to have a specific game version, I installed it with nexus mod manager.
kamuii Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 anyone know of any action/weapon pose mods? been searching for some and no luck.

Its probably using a different item name than kankaraya, or its potentially in Chinese or Japanese which means finding it via console without being able to type in either would make it problematic. From what I can make of the readme in the zip file, this item is somewhere in Riverwood. Most Japanese modders tend to put their stuff behind the logs over by the sawmill, or in some cases they merge the items into the merchant inventory for Lucan Valerius in the Riverwood trader. I'd check those places.

I actually think hardest part is bone weighting ... plus weight slider support if you go for it.
Guest SemiPr0 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 anyone know of any action/weapon pose mods? been searching for some and no luck. Skyrim Pose Collection by Halofarm has an action poses category and a good amount of animations available. Probably the most widely used system available, its two thirds of the way down the page.

Though exploding nif's are pretty much a dead stop before you even get to that part.

I knew the animation looked familiar.

The exact location in Riverwood is undecipherable for me I'm afraid. But somewhere there.

Probably at least 100 of them. But not everyone posts on LLab, lots just lurk. I'm sure one of our more anime centric posters will have an answer for you in time, they might not be currently reading the forums is all. I'm familiar with these mods but I don't use them as I'm something of an occidental lore fanatic, but its Skyrim and everyones allowed to play it however they like really.

Duchess_Gummybuns Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 What lovely Dragon armor. Can someone extend a hand to a lowly forum lurker?
Guest SemiPr0 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 If you installed it directly by importing the .7z file into your mod list its possible that the assets are in a folder called kankarayaβ2.2 and it will have installed the whole folder to your data folder rather than properly extracting the files. You might check in the Data folder to see if there is a folder called kankarayaβ2.2 in there, if so, its likely that the folder will have its own Data folder inside it, which you'll need to cut and paste into your main Skyrim directory. Looking at the file structure in the zip I have it seems that this kind of installation error could very easily occur.
« Broken ‡ Mirror » Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Kankaraya is located just south of Riverwood, you can see it as the big white house. Kindda stands out ya know.
Guest SemiPr0 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 What lovely Dragon armor. Can someone extend a hand to a lowly forum lurker? Err the black and red, or the actual dragon looking armor on the mannequin? The centered picture....was answered earlier in the thread but I've forgotten the name at this point but its an Oblivion import if I recall correctly. The armor on the Mannequin is on a Japanese site called http://modtype.doorblog.jp in the female section.....several pages back at this point.

Guest SemiPr0 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I don't really have a picture to show you but I'll try to demonstrate as best as possible, as stated I don't have that mod installed, I just have it in my file repository. Anyways your default path is Drive://Steam/steamapps/common/skyrim/Data, Data is where all mod files need to go. The way this file is packaged, the zip files top level directory is called kankarayaβ2.2, importing the file directly into the NMM mod list and installing it, NMM can and likely has simply installed the kankarayaβ2.2 directory directly into your Skyrim/Data folder. The problem is the kankarayaβ2.2 directory has its OWN Data folder inside it, which means you need to locate the kankarayaβ2.2 folder in your Skyrim/Data folder, and open it, right click on the Data folder inside it and choose Cut, then go back up to your Skyrim main directory, and right click and paste the folder directly into the base Skyrim directory. It will ask if you want to merge the Data folder with the Data folder in the Skyrim directory already, tell it yes. This will place all the assets from the kankarayaβ2.2 folder in the proper places and give you an esp file called kankaraya.esp which will then show up in your esp list in NMM if you've done it correctly. EDIT TO ADD: The above is NOT a super clean way to do this btw. I would recommend that if you find the folder where I say it is, cut the Data folder out of the directory, and paste it on your desktop. Right click on it and create a new Zip archive called kankarayadata or whatever else you want to call it and create a new zip file with the Data folder as the top level directory, THEN import it with NMM and install it and it should work fine, and you won't have to hunt everything down to uninstall it if there is a problem.

I deduced you all were speaking about the armor the PC, her self was wearing, but yes, I do mean the first mannequin's armor. (Broken link? The one you provided lead me to the post I read it from.) EDIT: Fixed it! Blond Moment. I may very well be back though... Guest SemiPr0 Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Yes, if its in the NMM plugin list, then the assets are installed correctly. If its not in the list, then its in a subfolder.
